Responsibilities

Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to achieve targeted sales volume and market share.
Execute all pre-sales and post-sales tasks to ensure desired results.
Maintain satisfactory levels of customer service and promptly respond to customer queries and address grievances.
Analyze business growth and trends, customer preferences and requirements and present tothe Team Lead and Management when required.
Develop sales forecasts based upon market analysis.
Acquire market intelligence, identify new leads and enhance customer base. Maintain and timely update customer profiles. Sales history, sales contracts.

Coordinate with other teams; project management, finance, pre-sales, as per customer requirements or deployment, billing and other services.

 

Requirements

Bachelors in Business Administration, Computer Science, Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering.
Up to 2 years relevant experience in IT, Telecom or services sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Highly organized and ability to perform well under pressure. Strong research and analytical skills.
