Responsibilities
- Draft all sorts of legal documents for the organization.
- Coordinate with departments to initiate preparation of agreements and contracts required for acquiring 3rd party services.
- Analyzes requirements of the departments to decide which documents are relevant to services, transporters, distributers or vendors
- Seeks to acquire name of party, scope of work and payment details to make relevant agreements for the departments contracting third party services.
- Reviews contract laws before making service specific agreements and contracts.
- Seeks to ensure drafted contracts adhere to the laws highlighted.
- Assures compliance to organizational SOPs and policy in making contacts and agreements.
- Drafts litigation related documents, suits, plaints, affidavits.
- Researching, drafting and reviewing of Legal documents, including but not limited to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs).
Requirements
- LLB with 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Local MNC/FMCG work experience is a must with at least 2-3 years of experience in a corporate law firm; Registration with Bar Council (preferable).
- Proficient at MS Word and MS Excel.
- Proficient in understanding legal scenarios in the telecommunication industry.
- Should be familiar with the commercial, business and civil laws.
