Responsibilities
- Strong concepts of OOP (Object Oriented Programming) and database.
- Design process flows, use cases, sequence diagrams and wireframes in Microsoft Visio.
- Prepare Functional Specifications Document (FSD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) document, API Document and User Manuals.
- Act as a liaison between business users and internal teams including coordination with developers and SQA engineers to explain system requirements and solutions.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex process and technology issues using a problem-solving approach.
Requirements
- Masters / Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent with minimum CGPA 3.00.
- Fresh candidates or up to 5 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Functional Consultants or Data Analysts are also encouraged to apply for Business Analyst role.
- Effective planning, organization and task management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
