Responsibilities
- Researching, drafting and reviewing of Legal documents, including but not limited to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs).
- To coordinate, communicate and negotiate in advocating Cybernet on external engagements.
- To coordinate and provide assistance to external counsel and represent Cybernet in lower and higher courts.
- Should be familiar with the commercial, business and civil laws.
- Providing legal advice and rendering legal opinions in relation to the operations of the Company.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for the signing, distribution, administration and archival of Agreements.
- Identify legal risks in contracts and take effective measures to mitigate those risks.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Law with One (01) year relevant experience.
- Proficient at MS Word and MS Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in understanding legal scenarios in the telecommunication industry.
- Should be familiar with the commercial, business and civil laws.
