Logistics Officer

Overall Scope
The Logistics Officer is responsible for assisting Centralized Logistics Manager at the Head office. Required to manage inventory of passive infrastructure material used in the development projects. The position will plan and manage logistics, warehouse transportation, optimize and coordinate full order cycle, liaise and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage logistics, warehouse and transportation.
  • Optimize and coordinate full order cycle
  • Liaise and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
  • Compliant with the relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintains adequate inventory in-store.
  • Maintains and report proper consumption report of consumables and devices on monthly basis.

Specification

  • Must be graduate (Matric with Sc.) Or 3Y Diploma Holder in Electrical.
  • Should be able to operate computer with MS Office & proficient in MS Excel (above average)
  • Must not be more than 28 years of age.
  • Active and Smart who is required to be mobile most of the time
  • Good family background
  • Have high IQ level and vigilant to assume sole responsible for millions of inventory.
  • Good family background

  • Good attention to detail.
  • Capacity to handle pressure.
