Summary
We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to join our Corporate Sales team and contribute to our organization’s sales growth through efficient coordination and support. This role requires a candidate who is detail-oriented, results-driven, and possesses strong communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate the execution of sales strategies, manage client communications, and ensure seamless coordination of sales activities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally in sales coordination and contribute to our organization’s success in the competitive marketplace.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently use the Customer Account Management Application, Pipedrive, and Sales Funnel Application to handle service requests and keep the database updated.
- Coordinate and follow up with internal and external stakeholders (Project Management, Finance, Pre-Sales, Sales, Customers, etc.) based on various business requirements.
- Maintain and present sales reports and analytics as needed by the management.
- Proactively conduct customer surveys to ensure consistent service availability.
- Regularly track performance metrics and trends to maintain accurate sales data.
Requirements:
- Graduate with at least 1 year of experience
- Experience in Coordination, Customer Relationship Management, Management Reporting
- MS Office Proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
