What kind of data does Cybernet collect?

Cybernet may ask the user to provide certain Personal Data for user identification or contacting purposes. This Personal Data may include, but is not limited to:

How does Cybernet transfer data?

If users is located outside Pakistan and chooses to provide information to Cybernet, their data, including Personal Data, shall be transferred to Pakistan in order to be processed Users’ consent to this Privacy Policy followed by a submission of such information demonstrates their agreement to the transfer of that information from Cybernet’s end. Cybernet shall take reasonable steps that are mandatory to ensure user data is treated securely in accordance with this Privacy Policy. No Personal Data shall be transferred unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of user data and other personal information.

Does Cybernet employ Third-Party Service Providers?
Cybernet may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate its Services (“Service Providers”), in order to provide the Service on its behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist Cybernet in analyzing how its Service is used. These third parties shall have access to User’s Personal Data only to perform these tasks on Cybernet behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Cybernet may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of its Service.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered that tracks and reports web application traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the advertisements on its own advertising network. User can opt-out of having made an activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity. Cybernet’s Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by Cybernet itself. If a user clicks a third party link, the user will be directed to that third party’s web application. Cybernet strongly advises all users to review the Privacy Policy of every site they visit as every web application’s policy may differ. Cybernet has no control over and assume no responsibility/liability for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services in case they result in any loss, expenses, costs, damage, violation of any intellectual property rights, rights of privacy or any other claims.
Children’s Privacy
Cybernet Service does not address anyone under the age of Sixteen (16) (considered as “Children”). Cybernet shall not knowingly collect Personal Data from any individual under the age of 16. If a parent and/or guardian is aware of the fact that their child (the “User”) has provided Cybernet with Personal Data, he/she may contact Cybernet’s Data Protection Officer through the contact information mentioned in the ‘Contact Us’ section of this policy. Once aware, Cybernet removes Personal Data of children (from its servers) that has been collected without the verification of parental consent.
Notification of Amendments in Privacy Policy
Cybernet may update their Privacy Policy from time to time and notify the users of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. Changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective when they are posted on this page. Cybernet shall also update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy. The then-posted version of the Privacy Policy shall supersede all prior versions.
